NOVACONS’S HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY STATEMENT

The excutetive Management of Novacons considers the health, safety, environment and Wealfare (HSE) of its employees, consultant, third party personnels and clients to be of primary important therefore:

We instruct that effective health, safety and environment management is bussiness imperative equal to profit and production; anf if in conflict, safety has priority.

We instruct that the effective Health, Safety and Environment Management is a line management respnsibility, to be auctioned and enjoyed by everyone.

We instruct that working safety is a condition of employment using relevant risk control tool to pre-plan activities.

We instruct that all our operations shall fully comply with HSEMS, legal and legulatory requirement enhanced for local requirements.

We instruct that the principles defined in the Health, Safety, Environment Management System (HSEMS) for Novacons shall be complied with by all employees  wherever  they work and whatever they do.

We consider that all injuries and incidents are preventable through the effective investigation inspection, audit, training, commitment, preparaton,co- operation of all parties involved.

We shall continuously seek ways to improve our Health, Safety, Environment performance including reviewing past performance and setting targets for the futures.

We shall provide the human and financial resources necessary to implement and maintain effective health, safety and environment organization.

We shall we provide professional HSE guidance, monitor and measure the company performance and require progresss reports with action plans as required.

Wherever practicable, we will consult with and involve employees to help develop a shared and positive attitude that encourages openness, contributions. Reporting of hazards, early warning signs, health systems and mutual assistance so that benefits can be enjoyed by all.

The Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems of Novacons complies with the requirements of local standard and the international standard BS 18001:2007 and forms part of Novacons Process Management System which is available to all employees on Novacons’s local network.

All employees are directed to do everything reasonable and necessary as and when required conform to this policy. No job is so urgent or so important that is can not be done safely.
