OVERCOMING THE WAVES - Teambuilding 2023 Novacons

The spirit of constantly overcoming danger in all conditions and building team spirit in the company is an important factor to achieve goals and sustainable development. The Board of Directors, the trade union room organized Teambuilding 2023 with the title -" OVERCOMING THE WAVES". The purpose of the trip is to connect all employees of Novacons to overcome common difficulties, lead Novacons firmly in the direction and vision set forth by the Board of Directors, and at the same time show the concern of the Board of Directors. to the spiritual life of employees, increasing solidarity and motivation for all Novaconser members so that all of them can agree:  "The bravery to overcome the waves, firmly to succeed"

The program was organized with many useful team games that not only brought laughter after stressful working hours thereby connecting the members of the company together.

Teambuilding 2023- "Overcoming the waves" was a complete success, bringing a lot of laughter and meaningful lessons to the big family of NOVACONS.
