1: NOVACONS WINNING THE BIDDING FOR THE URBAN AREA ADJACENT TO LONG THANH AIRPORT.

STC Golden Land Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company has assigned Novacons to construct the contract package “Structural construction, basic finishing, MEP” for 56 adjacent apartments in the STC Golden urban area. The bidding package is worth more than 92 billion, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.

2: NOVACONS WINNING BID: CAR MAINTENANCE AND RETAIL CENTER (TOYOTA KIEN GIANG)

TOYOTA Kien Giang Co., Ltd. has assigned Novacons to execute the contract package “Construction of Structures, Finishing, Infrastructure, Traffic, Yards, Landscapes” under the CAR MAINTENANCE AND RETAIL CENTER project. The bidding package is worth more than 55 billion VND, expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
